An introduction to Nordic walking - Come and try the relatively new sport of Nordic Walking by a fully qualified Nordic Walking Instructor. Special Nordic Walking Poles will be provided; just bring sensible footwear and suitable clothing for the day. Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to work out, exercising and toning around 80% of the bodies skeletal muscle groups. This sport is for all ages and abilities.
2 - 3miles max, but this will include rough paths and some climbing, so a little fitness will be required.
